Welcome
“Children of a culture born in a water-rich environment, we have never really learned how important water is to us. We understand it, but we do not respect it.”

What is the Problem?
About 2.6 billion people are affected, they lack clean

water
and a toilet. Each day kids miss school, moms

walk miles
, families get sick from unsafe water and too

many died over
4,000 kids every day.

CRISIS

A Children’s and Education CRISIS
Children are frequently in charge of gathering water for their families. This consumes time that could otherwise be spent at school or playing. This changes when people have access to clean water and sanitation. School attendance has been observed to increase when time spent gathering water is reduced, particularly for girls. Children have more time to play and have a better future if they have access to safe water.

A health crisis
The water problem is a public health emergency. Each year, about one million people die as a result of water, sanitation, and hygiene-related diseases that could be avoided if everyone had access to clean water and sanitation. Every two minutes, a child dies as a result of a water-related illness. Access to safe drinking water and sanitation improves health and helps to avoid the spread of infectious diseases. It entails fewer children and partners.

POLLUTION
Pesticides and fertilizers that wash away from fields, untreated human wastewater, and industrial waste are all contributors of water pollution. Because numerous contaminants can drain into subsurface aquifers, even groundwater is not immune to pollution. Some impacts are rapid, such as when bacteria from human waste pollute water, rendering it unsafe to drink or swim in.
The human population has more than doubled in the last 50 years. Rapid growth, along with economic development and industrialisation, has radically altered water environments around the world, resulting in a tremendous loss of species. Currently, 41% of the world's population lives in river basins that are experiencing water scarcity.
Agriculture consumes 70% of all available freshwater on the planet, but 60% of it is squandered owing to leaky irrigation systems, poor application methods, and the growth of crops that are too thirsty for the environment in which they are cultivated. Rivers, lakes, and subterranean aquifers are drying up as a result of this inefficient use of water.
Mission

Our Mission
Water crisis has been in this world since the beginning. Seeing others suffer from not having enough water, most of us decided to take a step to solve this problem while others stayed quiet, and the ones who took a step forward made many improvements. But there are still many more improvements to be done. In a world of today, most young kids who are the features of tomorrow are mostly glued to technology and unaware of what is going on in the world. My mission through this site is to inform the coming generation that the problem that has been going on for centuries has not been solved yet and it is our responsibility to take a step together to solve it.
